Professional Grants Proposal Procedures

Using a new 'rolling application' process, the OEF will accept Grant proposals developed by professional staff in the OASD. The Special Projects Committee of the Foundation will review proposals four times each year. The Application deadlines are as follows:

September 30 for review the 2nd week of October
December 30 for review the 2nd week of January
February 28 for review the 2nd week of March
April 30 for review the 2nd week of May

Provide all requested information by following the procedures below:

  1. Click on Professional Grants Proposal Form (Word 2007-10) or
    Professional Grants Proposal Form (Word 97-2003)
  2. Click on Save to save form on your computer
  3. Make sure to choose the folder or area to save the document
  4. Click on Open to open the form
  5. Fill in the information on the form and the areas will expand as information is added
  6. Save form
  7. Email the form as an attachment to your principal
  8. The building principal should forward, with his or her approval, to the OEF Special Project Committee Chair, Etha McDowell, at jimandetha@zoominternet.net by the desired review dates above.

Professional Grant Evaluation and Assessment

Please use the following form within six months of implementing your grant, follow the procedures below:

  1. Click on Professional Grant Evaluation and Assessment Form (Word 2007-10) or
    Professional Grant Evaluation and Assessment Form (Word 97-2003)
  2. Click on Save to save form on your computer
  3. Make sure to choose the folder or area to save the document
  4. Click on Open to open the form
  5. Fill in the information on the form and the areas will expand as information is added, Date - click to see calendar, Building - click to select one of the buildings.
  6. Save form
  7. Email the form as an attachment to Susan Melrath at susanmel@zoominternet.net and Dr. Ray Fischer at rfischer@oxfordeducationalfoundation.org
