How to work with PDF files in the differnet Internet Browsers and use the Submit by Email button:

Microsoft Edge

After you click on pdf link, opens with Microsoft Edge's PDF viewer, choose Save As and save pdf unto your computer. Open Adobe Reader, click on File, click on Open.

Internet Explorer

Application should open and the Submit by Email button should work properly.

Google Chrome

Google Chrome's built-in PDF viewer can make opening PDFs super-quick. Unfortunately, you don't have access to all of the same tools you can use in apps like Adobe Reader. Thankfully, you can use "Open in Acrobat Reader" option for PDFs. When you open a PDF in Chrome, you see the Adobe Acrobat prompt in the upper-right corner of the window. Click Open in Acrobat Reader.

Firefox

Go to Open Menu at the top right, go to Options > Applications, then find "Portable Document Format (PDF)" and click on the drop-down menu to choose an option other than Firefox, click on OK.

Using the Submit by Email button

After you fill in the form, click on Submit by Email, choose Outlook Choose Outlook if you use this program or choose Use Webmail for all others (i.e. gmail, yahoo mail, outlook.com, etc.).
